This is known as being a “Street Broker!” This is our strongest tool, walking the market. Our Sales Staff is required to be on the street at a minimum of two days a week meeting new clients and putting our inventory into the hands of new prospects. We believe in making personal calls to the clients, sellers, tenants, users, investors and developers who are the most likely prospects for buying or leasing property. Beacon Commercial Realty does not simply sit back and wait for the calls to come in, “We Do Work!”

Brochures are designed to feature a photograph of the property, and include proximity maps and/or layouts of the land and building. The brochures also feature detailed information about each property: address location, square footage, dimensions, zoning, amenities, parking spaces, possible uses, sale price and/or lease rate.
